And that is the problem right there: symptoms. Doctors, trainers, and physios are trained to attack problems with drugs and supplements. They don't even consider how one's light environment, diet, etc can influence any given problem.
Then unfortunately you have the holistic gurus who want you to take their "natural" supplements to replenish one or another deficiency. Still the same mindset as mainstream medicine but now they throw a whole account of adjectives in front of the supplement name to make it sound different or "natural".
You need to nourish your body with foods and information (think light, grounding, breathwork, etc) from nature unadulterated and unmodified whatsoever.
Processed dead supplements and whole food raw supplements. Beware those that offer a supplement as the solution to a problem. Always look to Nature.
Now many could try and argue things like raw cream, unsalted butter, unsalted cheese, high meat, kefir, etc are also "supplements" since a certain amount of processing is needed to make these things, but I sort of laugh at this notion. These foods occur through nature's alchemical process: fermentation. There is no extraction or synthesis occurring. These are not man-made mechanisms.
Man-made fat/supplements don't go through photosynthesis networks and their hydrogen becomes deuterated. Supplements don't go through quality assurance methods set in place by nature.

No vitamin can be produced in a laboratory like it exists in nature. Vitamins in nature come in complexes involving fats, proteins, carbohydrates, enzymes, minerals, trace minerals, cofactors that provide a harmonious resonance. Food carries information.

Supplements are 2-12% utilizable. That means they are 88-98 % toxic. If you are a plant, you can utilize them 100%. Once you take the bioactivity out of food and you isolate those nutrients, they are no longer utilizable in the human body.

Magnesium - A key mineral connected to 3,751 enzyme functions in the body. Among its many functions is to regulate Calcium homeostasis through the activity of 3 key Calciotropichormones: Calcitonin, Parathyroid Hormone, and Vitamin D.
Magnesium’s presence in the energy molecule (Mg-ATP) is an absolute requirement for its recognition and use in the body. Magnesium is the “Conductor of the Mineral Orchestra” inside the body.
Magnesium is a foundational mineral that is required for thousands of enzyme reactions, and is essential for a healthy metabolism.
It is naturally calming and plays an important role in digestion, blood sugar management, cardiac health, and much more.
It also partners with copper to create cellular energy and manage iron. With all of the body’s demands, magnesium is rapidly depleted, especially during times of stress, and must be replenished daily.

For this reason. oysters, sea urchin, and other shellfish is vital in your modern unnatural world. As a rare "supplement" epsom salt is great and transdermal magnesium (on the skin) can be used.
