How Supplements Are Made

An interview by Fred Albach, Part 1

F: OK, we’re talking with Aajonus Vonderplanitz again today. Aajonus, I have noticed any time I go into a health food store, sometimes 90% or, in some cases, 100% of the store is supplements. You’ve got vitamins, you’ve got superfoods, your algae, your protein powders and I know from reading your book you have a slightly different take on supplements. Can you explain why and your position is?

A: Not slightly – a big difference on them. You have to understand how supplements are made. Now most of your supplements that are not “natural” are all chemically derived. They are a look-alike. It’s like you want a Rolls Royce; when you get a supplement, you’re getting a plastic model of a Rolls Royce. It will not do for you what it’s supposed to do.

Most people, when they start taking vitamins, are also changing their diet. That creates their biggest change. Of course, they’re poisoning their bodies because when they make a “natural” supplement what they do is they take a food. Now where do they get that food? To get it cheap, they usually go to some food manufacturer, buy their waste, dissolve that into a soup, and then extract what they want out of it.

So most of the time your natural supplements are highly contaminated and highly processed and cooked. Your supplement may say raw. That’s because the laboratory may make it raw but where they got the food from - their source - probably cooked it, cauterized it completely, with all kinds of chemicals in it. But the laboratory that took it from there didn’t put any more chemicals in it, didn’t do anything to it unless they had to dissolve it into a soup because the only way that you can extract anything from a solid substance is to dissolve it into a soup, a liquid, and then extract from there.

How does a laboratory that makes supplements that are natural dissolve a food so they extract what they are looking for out of it? There are only two processes – gasoline or kerosene. Would you soak your food in gasoline or kerosene for 72 hours minimum until it melts into a soup and then rinse it for two minutes and eat it? The food soup has gasoline or kerosene in it. Now it isn’t straight gasoline or kerosene. They’re derivatives and the most often used is hexane from gasoline. That just makes it a tiny bit less toxic. But if you drink it, you’re dead. You’re going to dissolve your body. And, these substances, whether it’s the gasoline or the kerosene derivative, are in every particle of what’s been extracted. So a lot of people think they’re getting high from supplements because they’re getting this charge of energy. It’s the gasoline or kerosene poisoning causing an adrenaline rush. They’re getting an adrenaline rush. That’s because the body will make hormones like adrenaline for emergency purposes. Because what is a hormone? It’s probably 60-80% fat, 15-20% protein and a small amount of carbohydrate structure. Now the body can use that to bind with poisons. So, you intake these poisons, you consume these poisons and all of a sudden your body rushes with adrenaline to try to save you from poisoning yourself to death. So every time somebody takes a supplement, it’s either entirely a chemical derivative or taken from a food that has been soaked in gasoline or kerosene. There is nothing safe about any supplement. Superfoods are a little different. They may be foods that are dry but, in my research with dry foods, you can’t digest them or very little. Why? Because they’re enzyme-inactive. Enzymes aren’t alive as most people think. Enzymes are protein structures. They can be active or inactive. It’s like you can have bubbly water or non-bubbly water and call the bubbly water alive and the other one not alive but it has nothing to do with life. It’s a chemical reaction. If you don’t have your enzymes active, you’re not going to be able to utilize the vitamins in it [in a food]. That’s also going to restrict your protein and fat use of whatever you’re eating. So, any dried food is going to be an inferior food. And, if you are talking about algae, you’re talking about vegetation and we don’t digest vegetation properly anyway. Then, if you dehydrate it, it’s just going to start becoming hydrated when it’s 19-20 hours into your digestive tract. And very little, I mean maybe 1/1000th of a gram, is ever digested of vegetation in the bowel. The bowel doesn’t digest anything but proteins and fats that feed the brain and nervous system. So, whole foods are the way to go. You can eat honey with superfoods and it will help digest them but still it’s going to take a while before they start hydrating and if it gets to the colon before you’ve begun to digest it properly, you’re not going to digest it.

F: What about protein powders?

A: Well, protein powders are made in the same way. What are they mostly using to get protein from these days, what do you read on the labels?

F: Whey and, I think, soy.

A: Soy… a hard bean. We’re talking about a rock-hard bean. How do they get that into a powder form and extract the protein from it and leave out the carbohydrate? They soak it in gasoline or kerosene. … into a soup. And then they dry it; they extract it - chemically or by process of heat - extract the protein from the carbohydrates and the fats. And, then they put it into a protein powder full of gasoline or kerosene.

F: The same with whey? I notice a lot body builders use whey.

A: Remember, whey is the liquid waste. So how do you get a powder from whey when it’s 99.99% liquid? They cook it at very high temperatures to get it to evaporate quickly and then they’ve got all these minerals on the bottom. And, there’s very little protein in whey. So, to me, it’s a false advertisement. Most of your protein stays in the milk curds. Very little protein is in the whey. What you’re getting is a lot of minerals with some protein.

F: Vitamin D?

A: … completely chemical. Let’s say to make vitamin D, they’ll take an oil, they’ll hydrogenate it to make sure everything is destroyed. There’s no bacteria in it or anything like that that can survive; they’ll ruin it, they’ll completely get rid of it. When they hydrogenate an oil, they turn it into plastic. It has the same molecular structure as plastic. So it’s a plastic oil. They subject that to radioactive material and call it vitamin D. It’s nothing like vitamin D at all. But they say, “Well, you’ve got fat on your skin, your body absorbs radiation from the sun into that oil – the fat on your skin, not oil - fat on your skin, that cholesterol, and makes vitamin D. So, if we take oil and subject it to radioactive material, we have vitamin D.” Hello? That’s the mentality of these people who just want to make money. It’s not vitamin D. Everything that is fortified with vitamin D is not true vitamin D. It’s a toxic - plastic oil subjected to radioactive material - a toxic substance. It clogs the lymphatic system, causes heart disease and clogging of the arteries with plastic oils. It causes multiple problems.

F: So, do vitamins have any beneficial use whatsoever?

A: If you’re talking about raw, unsalted butter, that can be a supplement because you’re concentrating the fat. You’ve separated most of the protein and the whey from it, so you have a concentrated fat that is a good supplement. Your vegetable juice is a good supplement. That’s a process, juicing, but because we don’t digest the cellulose but maybe 2-6%, 7-8% in some people; maybe 13% in some people who have eaten a vegetarian diet for a long time.

Part 2.

F: There are some companies that claim they produce supplements that say theirs are completely different from others, that they’re completely pure and completely healthy. Are they?

A: No. Two women in an audience asked me about one particular company. They use kerosene. Kerosene is natural so that’s what they use. That’s a natural supplement. I don’t care if your company grows the corn that they use or grows the beans that they use. They have to dissolve it into a soup in order to extract what they want to concentrate.

And there are only two things that laboratories use. No laboratory uses anything other than gasoline and kerosene. Kerosene because it’s natural is used for all natural supplements.

Those two women called the company and their attorneys called me on Monday and said, “You need to put an ad in the LA Times, the New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, and Houston whatever-it-was Enquirer, I think because those are places I’ve lectured and told everybody that their supplements were not good. I said to the attorney, “Have you been to the laboratory?” He said, “No.” I said, “You need to visit the laboratory and see what they use to dissolve the stuff, the foods that you grow, to extract the concentrated nutrients that you want.” It would have been about $500,000 to place the front section, full-page ads they wanted.

I didn’t hear from them again. I know what laboratories use. I’ve been in many laboratories. I know what they use to dissolve the foods from which they extract those concentrated substances, those so-called concentrated nutrients. It’s all toxic. People are getting high off kerosene and gasoline. It’s an adrenaline rush from the gasoline and kerosene in the supplements, not from the food.

As I started to say before, vegetable juice is a good vitamin supplement. That’s why I tell people to have vegetable juice. We don’t digest the pulp, as I mentioned before in another interview. We digest maybe 2%, 6%, 8% in some people, of the pulp … maybe 13% in someone who has been a long-term vegetarian. But, if you take the juice from vegetables, you get concentrated vitamins, concentrated minerals and concentrated enzymes. So, there’s your all around vitamin supplement. For protein, just eat raw meats and raw dairy. You’re going to get plenty of protein from there. Protein powder is not going to be safe. Look at your body builders that do all that. If they stop working out, they sag. Look at you. Look at me. I don’t want to exercise at all. This is what I do on my computer [makes keyboard movements with fingers]. I never exercise and I’m solid. Because I eat raw meat, I don’t have to exercise. I would exercise, if I needed it. People who are in anxiety need to exercise because they have a lot of activity hormones. I’m a lazy person. I have no activity hormones, unless it comes to sex. Then, I’m motivated to exercise activity hormones. That’s it.

Aajonus on Salt

It is very easy to take the hot baths and eat properly. Reversing cancer is that easy if you know what you are doing and you understand it. You don’t have to have this vitamin supplement and that vitamin supplement and you hear all this stuff… iodine, iron… We are not plants. Plants eat rock. We don’t eat rock. We only digest minerals properly and utilize them properly when they are a composite of food – raw food.

And salt is one of the worst things a cancer patient – anybody – can do, next to cooking. Why is that? Because sodium is an explosive. It is more volatile than nitroglycerin. If you take pure sodium and put it into one block about the size of a football, it will take out New York City and all of its buildings – just one block that size. My father worked on… he was an inventor… he worked on the first bearing computer, he worked on jet engines for the military and General Electric. They were given 2 million dollars to make sodium into a weapon. Well, it was so volatile that just 1 1/2 degree temperature change would set it off. They couldn’t control it anywhere like nitroglycerin and they still don’t use nitroglycerin as a weapon because they can’t control it. Sodium is worse.

So what happens when salt… it has other minerals bound with it unless of course unless it is sodium chloride or sodium iodide which is manufactured. So that neutralizes it. While it is in your mouth you can hear it popping and you can hear it cutting into the mucus. When you gargle with it, it breaks down mucus. It is an explosive.

So what happens when it gets into the blood? Your body separates the sodium and all of a sudden it starts exploding. Now when a cell eats, it eats 93 to 117 nutrients – every nutrient on this planet – in a smorgasbord. And a cell opens by ionization and it absorbs that smorgasbord in and eats a balanced diet. When you use salt, even just two little bitty grains at a meal, you will kill 2 million red blood cells and make every cell in your blood deficient. It will break that molecule… it starts breaking up those clusters of smorgasbord and the cell may get anywhere from, 23 to 70 nutrients instead of 93 to 117. So your body goes under constant deficiency.  because you use salt. Salt is the big way that the king and queen of England use to subjugate a lot of people for a very very long time. And the king and queen of England, that family, owns almost all of the salt manufacturing in the world. And it is not a good thing. Sure, it helps preserve food; it will help mummify you… of what… dead cells. What is cancer? … a collection of dead cells.

More on Honey

A: As long as you eat enough meat, honey won't cause advanced glycation end products; there is only 10 % sugar in honey. The bees collect the honey and keep it at 92.8 degree F. As soon it goes up to 95 degrees, they abandon the upper hive, and go down further and keep fanning it. They will not eat the honey heated over 92.8 degrees unless ther're starving. Because it causes sugar reactions. Bees are already hyperactive enough, because that's what they live on - the honey/nectar. Even when they're eating the nectar, they vomit it first, let it break down with the enzymes and then eat it. That's what honey is, bee vomit. The bee has gone and collected the nectar then swallowed it. Its insulin-like substance mixes with it with all the enzymes, and then they go back to the hive and vomit it. They let it break down, and then they will go back and make a meal of it, because it has to break down. So for us, its pre-digested nectar. And it has an insulin-like substance in it, which helps convert it to enzymes for digestion and protein. That's why if you eat a lot of honey without eating meat, you are going to cause a problem - causing a protein deficiency - and have sugar type reactions. If it's heated you will have sugar type reactions, because it destroys that enzymatic property that it has in it.

Q: Can you keep the honey in the sun?

A: No, the bees don't keep it in the sun, they keep it out of the sun.

Q: How do we know if the honey we buy is not from the abandoned honey that was over heated.

A: Some of it will be, if its from the desert. If its a summer honey, you better believe it will be. Sage is a winter honey, cultivated and collected in the spring, so that type will be OK. Citrus is all winter and spring honeys.

Q: Whats a summer honey?

A: Alfalfa, and clover.

Q: So basically avoid the summer honeys?

A: Yes, not all of it will be advanced heated, but some of it will be. .

Q: When you travel, do you take a lot of honey with you?

A: Yes, I take a quart, I mix it with my butter, or I will have some hits of it with my meat, for the enzymes to digest meat. I had the vagotomy, all of the nerves to the stomach were severed, so I still need help in digestion. Everybody needs those enzymes anyways throughout the body; the unheated honey is helpful for anyone. But if you have candida, the honey can cause more itching, so they need to eat it with butter.

Q: How much honey should you eat a day?

A: Like I said in the recipe book 6 Tablespoons for a pound of meat. 6 Tablespoons of honey is a lot a day, 3 oz of honey a day. I love honey by itself and a lot of people go for what my son Jeff had in the hospital. When you are in a coma you need 50/50 but if you are not in a coma you should have 7 Tablespoons of butter to 1 Tablespoon of honey. You can also have a Tablespoon of cream in your vegetable juice but don' t put the cream in until you are ready to drink it. The minerals combine with the cream. We are talking about the honey for just that period of time.


On Minerals

Q: People say the planet has been cleared of all the good minerals, is that true?

A: These are people that are vegetarians, that are trying to blame the lack of nutrients in the soil for their lack of health - just like with skin cancer. Instead of blaming the diet for it, they blame the sun. If the sun was the problem, every black person on earth would have skin cancer. The tribes in Africa have never even heard of skin cancer. My skin is fairly light right now, when I eat butter and no cream, I will get dark. If I eat lots of cream it will go lighter even with sun. And cooked foods will make you lighter skinned. That's why black people that are on a cooked diet are getting lighter and lighter the older they get.

Q: What can you do to improve your soil?

A: Take all of your food remains, including meat scraps; when I had a garden, I would take fish scraps. We're talking about mineral concentrations. I go to a fish market and get the scraps, and I put it into a food processor after chopping it up and then into a blender, blend it with water, and pour into the soil. Stay away from using seaweed from the ocean because it will dry out the soil and is hard to break down.

Soil organisms feed on the protein, rain dissolves rock so they can absorb the minerals, but the soil bacteria and their excrements are responsible for the taste of your food and the heartiness of the food. That's why the agricultural industry gives lots of extra nutrients. Liquid nitrogen is made from sterilized urine from cows for fertilizer. It still works but will damage the soil eventually and the trees, and they will get harder and harder, and then they will start rotting when they are hard and the branches will break.

Q: What about selenium?

A: When you are on a raw diet you don't need concentrations of minerals, you just need a trace amount, but when you are on a cooked diet you need lots of extra minerals like calcium if you are eating pasteurized milk - because when heated to 141 degrees you have lost half of your calcium - your phosphorus is damaged at 98 degrees F.

Q: Why is this not common knowledge?

A: It would be common knowledge if you had a government that was responsible to the people and not the food industry, but you have to take a look at Dole in office. Dole what? Dole pineapples, Dole bananas, Dole cereals and everything. You have to take a look at who is in power, the people in power are the people who own these food industries, own agricultures, we have Bush in, what does he do? He starts a war, why? Because his family owns military companies, they make the machines and bombs, and if goes over there and has one bombing spree, he can spend $30 million dollars in one bombing and all the profits goes to his families pockets. So the more bombing he does the richer he gets. Also they're into oil. Our military uses 160,000 barrels a day of oil. That's our government, that's your money and my money paying for this military, that puts the profits in his pockets - whoever is in power that's why it happens. And not enough of us have enough of the information to disseminate. I've been threatened a few times, they haven't killed me yet, but I'm not growing fast, but if my books start becoming best sellers, I might be in trouble, but that's the way it goes, that's the route I've chosen. You know the other side is beautiful, theres no pain, no suffering, except for emotional, and that's guilt; the only thing that exists on the other side that I remember is guilt, that's the only pain there is. You know, guilt, for having created suffering, that's the only thing. So its beautiful over there, this has been a hard life, you know, so me passing away would be no loss. You know, for my experience, but I'd like to have all my information out there before I die. So when I finish all 5 of my books, then I won't be concerned.

As the radiation fallout cloud moves along the Eastward-bound jetstream to USA and Canada from Japan, the flurry of information on radiation protection has moved with it. Most of them focused on protecting the thyroid with an iodinesupplement, that is, iodide or iodate. If you will investigate the Chernobyl crises of 25 years ago, the consumption of iodine did not prevent thyroid cancer, leukemia or bone cancers but promoted them. Blocking radioactive iodine from thyroids sends it to bones and bone marrow, increasing risk of leukemia and bone cancers.

Appraisal of iodineAny form of iodine that is not a natural part of fresh food is oxide, that is, it is rock. That includes any iodine supplement, even if the iodine were taken from a food source. Once it is processed into an isolated mineral, it is again rock, not food, whether powder, pill, or liquid. Animals cannot digest or utilize rock inter-cellularly, only plants can.

All iodine is radioactive isotope to varying degrees, not only iodine 131. That is why all forms of iodine, once exposed to radiation are radioactively charged or as long as 55,000 years. Iodine 131 may be radioactively charged for as long as 500,000 years.

When animals consume iodine supplements, it collects as mineral deposits somewhere in the body. Most often, I have found it in intestines, nervous system, brain, bones and bone marrow. If it were true and iodine supplements protected the thyroid, trading thyroid cancer for blood and/or bone cancer seems ill-advisedto me. It is easier to affect thyroid therapy than bone and bone-marrow therapy. The thyroid is close to the skin but bone-marrow and bone are very difficult to affect directly because lymphatic circulation into those areas is extremely limited and slow. Blood-flow into those areas is also limited.

Having experienced iodine radiation treatments along with mechanical radiation treatments for metastasized stomach cancer, and having suffered the side effects of blood and bone cancers caused by radiation treatments, I can tell you that radiation-poisoning is terrible.

I suffered constant nausea, vomit and often diarrhea for years following those treatments. For my body to try and counter the radioactive iodine, my body ate its own bones to obtain the minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus to neutralize radioactive iodine and other radioactively charged minerals such as barium. I lost all of the bone around my teeth. My teeth dangling in my gums. When I closed my jaws and pressed teeth together, I bled profusely. I had up to 2 transfusions weekly. I had to drink all of my food.Everything had to be made into liquid and consumed through large straws. After one year of consuming lots of raw dairy, my mandible bones restored and I could chew with very little gum bleeding. However, my gums remained purple (indications of radiation-poisoning) for decades and bleeding continued duringteeth-brushing to this day, although very little, 43 years after radiation treatments. I suffered other radiation-poisoning symptoms for years.Later, I was instructed by alternative doctors to consume colloidal iodine supplement. I did and it caused nausea, impotence and anxiety, the same symptoms as radiation-poisoning. I stopped after 10 days. Iridologically, the supplemental iodine appeared in the areas relating to my stomach and intestines which I associated with nausea. Our bodies try to dump many industrial chemical toxins into stomach because our bodies use HCL to neutralize many toxins. Nausea causes and is an indication of HCL-production if your vagus nerve is attached to your stomach.

Non-bioactively bound iodine, that is, iodine that is not a natural part of fresh raw food is toxic to varying degrees. It is rarely ever beneficial. The risks far outweigh any benefits except to those promoting and selling iodine supplements.Generally, foods from the sea contain the most iodine, followed by other animal foods, and then plant foods. Of all foods seaweed, like kelp, is the most famous source of natural iodine however, humans digest about 2% kelp because it is a hard cellulose-based substance. Therefore, humans get almost no iodine from kelp. When it cooked, humans can derive much more from it but all of the minerals are cauterized and relatively free-radical. Raw eggs and raw dairy products are the best sources, followed by raw meats.
The USA government obviously wants us sick and/or dead. The HHS, FDA and CDC have campaigned against empirically and scientifically-proved-to-be-healthful raw milk for decades. Why? Is it because they know its high mineral concentration and soothing, nerve-protecting fats counteracts just about every toxin on earth? Their scientifically unsupported claims that raw diary isharmful and dangerous are as prejudicial and unfounded as any support of Apartheid was. If raw dairy were harmful, it would not have helped heal me from the myriad of diseases I suffered. I would not be alive and well today.Raw dairy is 60% of my diet. The Masai, Samburu and Fulani thrived for thousands of years eating predominantly raw milk products. If raw dairy were dangerous and harmful, they would have been extinct thousands of years ago.
We must be as logical and sensible at all times or we will fall prey to pharmaceutical chemistry-based nonsense. If the risks of environmental contamination are bearing down on us, we must be more resolute and cautious.

Remedies for Radiation Contamination Here are the things that effectively helped me reduce radioactive toxins and symptoms in my body: Organic no-salt raw cheeses eaten frequently will help absorb and neutralize free-radical radioactive minerals; aloe vera gel eaten directly from the plant (do not eat green skin) helps soothe and heal radiation burn; oranges and avocados eaten together help neutralize radiation; pineapple and no-salt raw cheeses eaten together help dissolve cellular radiation damage and harness byproducts; papaya eaten with no-salt raw cheeses helps prevent scarring; no-salt raw butter eaten with no-salt raw cheeseshelps prevent radioactive minerals from entering cells; no-salt raw butter eaten with unheated honey helps digestion and healing; and one ounce of raw milk consumed once hourly helps protect intestines and nerves.

— What do you do at a sushi bar?

Aajonus: I just get sashimi. Sashimi means just the raw fish.

— And what about seaweed?

Aajonus: I don’t eat the seaweed. They grind that turnip or jicama or something like that. So I just eat the raw stuff. But other people, I have them eat the rice.  

— What about seaweed in general? We’ve been eating a lot of seaweed in salads.

Aajonus: Well, seaweed is very difficult to digest. Again, it’s a cellulose molecule, and it’s even more complex than earth grown vegetables because it has to be able to stand up to salt water, and our digestive juices aren’t really going to break it down. The closest we can get to even breaking down any of it is algae. And that can cause a very imbalanced system because of the way they dehydrate it.

— So you are not in favor of chlorella and spirulina etc.?

Aajonus: No, I found it very difficult on the liver and on people’s systems. Eat the fish that eat the seaweeds and algae.

— And so instead of trying to get your minerals out of seaweed get it out of raw oysters?

Aajonus: That’s it. And scallops. Clams, raw clams. Any of the raw fishes. — Do you feel it’s necessary to have any kind of mineral supplement? You know all these liquid minerals out of Utah, etc. Aajonus: You will get a toxic effect if you are on it for more than five months.

— How is it toxic?

Aajonus: It starts drying out the system because it needs fats to work with it, and then you are moving toward cancer or cirrhosis of the tissues. As the minerals start to build up they start pulling out fats, and water, too. So you have something that is constantly leaching water, leaching fat, leaching everything, and your body dehydrates and develops cirrhosis and then cancer. There are some people who crave seaweed and I tell them to have it when they go have sushi. I know they are not going to digest much of it, so I say go ahead and eat it.

  • French physiologist professor showed that bras make your breasts sag even more. Going bra-free was shown to lift and tone women's breast. Excessive sagging is really genetic and you shouldn't worry about it.
  • The bra causes forward head posture by restricting the thoracic spine and deactivating important extensor muscles. Basically causes that hunched look with your rib cage compressed, shoulders slouched, and head forward. This ruins your diaphragmatic breathing. Getting out of this posture will actually lift your breasts naturally and start to engage atrophied muscles in your chest, lats, and shoulder that are important for keeping toned breaststroke
  • Lymph fluid is also severely compressed by bras. Bras will cause poor circulation and cause that big, heavy feeling in your breast
  • The bra affects the autonomic nervous system. Causes sympathetic activation which equals to stress. Increase cortisol. Wearing your bra at night also limits your correct anabolic response which includes melatonin, growth hormone, testosterone, insulin-like growth factor. Keeps you in a fight or flight state. Digestion is harmed as well.
  • Alot of adhd, anxiety, mood issues can be helped by going braless.
  • Buy a Swiss ball, lay on it face up with your arms outstretched above your head for 15 minutes 2x a day doing deep belly breathing. Counteracts the shortening and tightening of the abdominal wall that we do all day by sitting, poor posture, and "core" workouts

Sick/Flu/Cold/Fever

— How do you feel about herbal tinctures, decoctions, etc.?

Aajonus: Well, I used to do things like that to stop a flu, and then I realized how flus were beneficial, I stopped doing it and I just helped people to detox well and to heal well, and not to stop the flu. Because stopping the flu stops the body cleaning itself.

— So, someone would just eat the way he normally eats?

Aajonus: No, I would have them eat anywhere from four to seven smoothies a day. So that’s anywhere from eight or nine to eighteen eggs a day. You blend the eggs with banana, cream if you have it, honey, or just banana and egg or orange juice and egg.

— And the reasoning behind that for flu?

Aajonus: Eggs are one of the most powerful detoxifiers. They bind very quickly with the toxins. As they come out, they can arrest them. The extra cream is even better because it soothes the tissues. The banana allows a lot of potassium to soothe the burning effect. And also a lot of lactic acid may build up and it helps relax any irritation.

— And what about addressing the actual viral element?

Aajonus: The virus is never the problem. The virus is there to break down, to dissolve the matter. So the virus is your friend. And I always tell my female clients this – do not stop a cold. It is your natural face lift. And it’s a cheap one. Of course it won’t last as long as if you go for a face lift.

— So the idea is that the viruses, the bacteria, the pathogenic microorganisms are flourishing because they have toxic material to feed on.

Injury Care

"Everyone everywhere advises that bruises, injuries and pain should be treated with ice to reduce swelling. Firstly, consider that swelling increases circulation of nutrients to the area to cleanse damaged tissue, including cells, and heal the area. What sense does it make to reduce swelling when reducing swelling reduces nutrients and consequently reduces cleansing and healing.

Most often, when swelling and nutrients are reduced by applying ice, blood clots and scarring result. Scarring is dead mummified cells that are useless for creating energy and activity. Dead cells are dead bricks in the walls. Scar tissue reduces flexibility, agility and stamina. Most athletes who sustain an injury apply ice packs to reduce swelling and numb pain. They never heal properly and sustain multiple injuries to the same area. Many athletes’ careers end because of such improperly cleansed and poorly healed injuries. Besides poor diets, their careers are cut short by the application of ice packs.

Applying HEAT is the best remedy for bruises, injuries and pain. Heat promotes relaxation of bones, cartilage, tendons, arteries, veins, muscles, nerves, connective tissue and skin, allowing even more nutrients into the area for increased and rapid healing. Heat also reduces pain that comes from pressure on the nerves in a tense area of the body, incurring swelling.

Once the area is heated, surrounding tissues relax and pain reduces considerably. Relaxing, stretching and expanding the space between tissues with heat, relieves pain. When applying heat, sometimes tendons, cartilage and ligaments take 5-15 minutes to relax and pain may temporarily increase until those tissues relax and expand. However, usually 85% of pain is relieved within 15 minutes of heat application.

However, if pain does not reduce to bearable, it is okay to apply ice for 1 minute or less without causing blood clots. Then reapply hot-water bottle. Alternating heat and ice may be effective as long as the application of ice is less than 1 minute.

Since heating pads produce very high electromagnetic fields that alter the molecular structure of animal cells, heating pads should not be used. Microwave packs deliver radiation with their heat and alter the molecular structure of animal cells and should not be used.

The safe heating apparatus is a rubber hot-water bottle. Non-rubber, synthetic hot-water bottles have less integrity and easily burst, wetting couches, lounges, chairs and beds. Rubber hot water bottles last for many years. Since new rubber has a strong odor that many people think unpleasant, placing the hot-water bottle outside in the sun for about 3 weeks reduces or eliminates rubber odor.

The temperature of hot water bottles for contact with bruises, injuries and pain should not make skin feel burned. If you want to use hot-water-bottle heat throughout the night, heat will generate longer the hotter the hot-water bottle but wrap the hot-water bottle in a towel or flannel pillow case to prevent burn. Bruises, injuries and pain that receive heat will cleanse and heal properly and quickly without scarring if the diet is health-giving. If not on a health-giving diet, heat will still improve cleansing and healing."

Abrasions, Fractures and Breaks

My following testimonial gives details about what to do after a serious accident in a foreign country, including how to handle hospitals and doctors.

March 9, 2007, I decided to drive a heavy Harley Davidson motorcycle in a small town in Thailand. I had not ridden such a large motorcycle since 1968. I thought that I would be safe in a small town but a group of 5 tourists stepped into the street about 20 feet in front of me without looking first. There were no intersection, crossing, drive or other signs but they crossed the street carelessly.

There were cars on my right, so I could not pull to that lane and avoid hitting the pedestrians. Although I was traveling only 18 miles per hour, I did not have the experience to know how to avoid hitting them. I slammed on the brakes and skidded sideways toward them. The motorcycle fell onto the pavement on top of my right leg.

The bike did not have a leg bar to prevent injury, so when the motorcycle hit pavement, my leg was caught between the cycle and pavement. The cycle pulled my leg with it while the pavement worked opposite the momentum and pulled my thigh and hip away from my lower leg.

My right tibia was split from the knee to mid-shin. The backside of the tibia bone had a wedged space about 1/8-inch wide. Skin, muscle and bone were scraped by the asphalt from my right palm, wrist, forearm, elbow, upper arm, back, outside knee, lower leg, ankle and foot. I was lying on the street in excruciating pain for about 15 minutes.

The pain was relentless to the point that I thought my leg had been torn from me at my knee. It took me about 1.5 minutes after the accident before I looked to see if my leg was attached to my body. It was, but looked mangled at the knee.

I refused to go to hospital. I paid a canopy-covered pickup taxi driver to transport me to my hotel. I cleaned my wounds with lime juice and coated them with coconut cream and honey. I did not have any gauze to cover and protect them so I left them open to air. About twp hours after the accident, the pain had not subsided. Normally, I would not have sought medical help but I thought that my knee had been dislocated because it was mangled and excruciatingly painful. I went to the hospital to have my leg realigned.

At the hospital, physicians refused to do anything until I had x-rays. I agreed to only two x-rays, top and outside views of the knee and connecting bones. After x-ray analysis, doctors said that they needed to reunite the two tibia segments and pin them together. Portions of the top of the tibia broke, splintered and logged into the femur joint concave. Doctors said that if they did not perform surgery and remove the fragments, I would never walk.

Tendons on both sides of my knee had been torn completely from the bone at opposite ends of each tendon, causing lumps the size of golf balls. Doctors said that they had to reattach them or I would never be able to lift my leg at the knee. The chief osteosurgeon planned to cut the outside of my right leg from the ankle to the hip, including muscles, reunite the tibia and pin it with 6-10 metal screws, scrape the tibia bone fragments from the femur knee joint, reattach the knee tendons and stitch the leg incision.

They wanted to call in a plastic surgeon to graft skin from my buttocks and left thigh to my hand, arm, elbow and leg. Since my leg was not dislocated, I declined medical assistance, saying I was on a diet that could heal it without surgery. The main surgeon winced at my insane-to-him statement. I told them that if I could not walk in 6 weeks, I would return for their help. That placated the chief surgeon because he was certain that I would need help. I did not request nor did they offer to apply a cast.

I returned to the hotel and ate a slightly different diet regimen. Instead of enjoying several small portions of different unripe fruits for my once-daily fruit meal, to help bone-healing I made a mixture of 1 cup pineapple, 3/4 cup coconut cream, 1/2 cup honey and 1 cup raw milk. I drank some of that every 3-4 hours, eating about 2 tablespoons of cheese prior to each time I drank the mixture. That regimen helped cleanse and restructure my bones and naturally mend my tendons. Plus, I drank 1 quart of raw milk daily. Because I was in the tropics and did not use air-conditioning, my meat intake was less than I eat while I'm in temperate climates. I found that most people need less meat in tropical climates if drinking enough milk. My girlfriend shopped and prepared my food for me, and helped tend my wounds.

For my abrasions where skin, muscle and a little bone were scraped from my right palm, arm, back, leg and foot, I gently applied lime juice for 3 minutes. That stung terribly. Without rinsing the lime juice from the wound, I gently applied a thin layer of coconut cream. That also stung. After that, I or my girlfriend gently applied a layer of unheated honey which also stung. We moistened cotton gauze with coconut cream and coated one side with 1/32-inch layer of raw butter to prevent my wounds from drying and gauze from sticking to my many abrasions. We loosely wrapped the leg with an Ace bandage.

I experienced severe pain regularly. Any movement increased pain. I used hot water bottles to increase circulation which increased swelling and ensured increased nutrient flow to injuries. The heat also allowed every thing to relax. Pain subsided but never disappeared. Sometimes I woke to such excruciating pain that I immersed myself in a very warm bath that relaxed my entire body and I could cope with the pain relatively easily. Many times I ate unheated honey/butter mixture to reduce pain. Other times, I ate about 2 inches of unripe banana with 2 tablespoons raw butter to reduce pain.

I urinated in bottles so that I would not have to travel to the bathroom. When I went to the bathroom, I traveled from my bed to the bathroom door in a wheelchair, and from the door to the toilet or bathtub with crutches. I had to sit at one end of the tub, lift my injured leg with my hands, place my leg onto the side of the tub, adjust my body, then lift my leg with my hands and ease it into the tub. For about 2 weeks, the pain was sometimes excruciating.

Several times daily, usually at night, I awoke moaning or screaming. Three times I cried. The only pain relievers I consumed were honey/butter mixture and banana butter combination that usually took effect in minutes. When experiencing excruciating pain, most of the time I immediately made the challenging journey to the bathtub then immersed myself in relaxing and pain-relieving warm water.

Because my right hip and buttock had sustained major bruises, I mainly lied on my left buttocks and hip. I kept my leg raised with pillows, especially one under my knee to reduce stress at the knee. Having to sustain all of my body’s prone weight on the bed every minute that I was not in the bathtub, my left buttock and hip quickly became very sore. Because of that, for the first 2 weeks, I spent about 6 hours daily, 1-2 hours at a time in the bathtub with sea salt and 2 cups coconut cream that made my body buoyant, taking most of the pressure off my prone body and almost completely relieving my agony. Occasionally, I sat in my wheel chair for up to 30 minutes. After several weeks, I sat in my wheel chair up to 2 hours working on my computer at a desk.

Because raw milk was hard to get and coconut cream was very easy to acquire and cheap in Thailand, I used coconut cream. In the USA, I would have used raw milk in the bath instead of coconut cream.

An interesting phenomenon began the day after the accident. Gradually over the next 5 days, my large right thigh muscles considerably diminished to the size of my calve. From my ankle to mid-thigh, my right leg correspondingly hardened like bone that provided a natural cast, protecting my leg.

Baths and changing bandagesWithin 10 days my tendons had completely re-grown and reconnected. However, my greatest pain continued to be at the points where the tendons had torn from my knee. Pain traveled from one injured sight to another. On the tenth day, I was able to leave the hotel and walked with crutches without exerting any weight on the leg. On the 12th day, I convinced the hotel owner that she could reduce the chlorine in the pool without causing algae problems to pool surfaces. She agreed and I walked at the deepest end of the pool where my body was so buoyant that my leg received very little pressure from my bodyweight.

After five days the water was green with algae without affecting the pool surfaces but the hotel owner resumed full chlorine treatment. At that 16th-day, I was able to walk with crutches across the street and sandy beach to the sea. I walked about one mile in the sea twice daily at 7 am and 5:30 pm, about 1.5 hours each, exercising my leg. At that time, I had only about 19% body fat (I like to maintain 22-25%). From the accident, I lost about 15 pounds. Nineteen percent body fat was enough to make my body buoyant, reducing my body weight in water to about 1/4. I experienced pain but not severely.

Within 6 weeks, I walked on land without crutches with some pain mainly in the knee. After 6.5 weeks in that hotel room, I returned to the USA. I resumed my larger meat consumption and drank up to 1.5 quarts of raw milk daily. Within 2 months, my body fat level was up to 22%. If I had let the doctors commit surgery, they would have cut my leg from the ankle to the hip, cut away muscle, and severed connective tissue and other tendons to get into the knee socket.

I have seen many people with similar surgeries. The leg on which surgery had been performed is thinner than the other, with atrophied muscles and huge scars. Those people and others who have had less knee/leg surgery than was intended for me have not completely healed after 7 - 25 years. Since I refused surgeries, the only work my body had to do was cleanse and repair the damage, not recover from unnecessary invasive surgeries that cause 2-5 times more damage than the original injuries. The natural cast that my body seemed to form from my thigh muscles gradually softened and my thigh muscles returned correspondingly.

It has been one year since the accident. Although I cannot completely straighten my right leg at the knee, three weeks ago on a beach on Antigua island, I sprinted about 200 yards painlessly. If I run up steps 2 steps at a time, I experience a little pain in the knee. At my present rate of repair, my leg should be able to completely straighten within 4 months more.


What Place Do Energy Therapies Take In Healing?

There are many people who claim that energy work can cure anything. What is your experience?

I have experienced favorable and harmful energy therapists through my journey to optimal health. I have seen many people further damage themselves because they were told (and believed, without wisdom) that energy is more important than structures in this reality. That is, they were told energy is more important than the physical, including diet. They were told that if they controlled their energy-producing thoughts, they could eat anything without harm.

Every energy worker and "master" who had disseminated that rhetoric did not prove it to me with their experience. None of them surmounted health problems. All of them had worsened health problems while adhering to that concept. Even the life-long- committed vegetarian Dali Lama dropped his vegetarian dogma and began eating meat when his health deterioration began to affect his daily functions in his advancing years. Health-related miraculous events are exceptions and far removed from normal.

I have been health conscious as a health researcher for over 40 years. I experimented with all sorts of energetic modalities. They were relatively ineffective in making radical changes toward better health and never created homeostasis because they did not permanently change the structures (cells) that contain and generate energy.

I found several energetic practitioners who mitigated my pain and suffering for up to 3 days but without cure. I was very grateful for their help. If I were in pain that I could not control on my own with diet and heat, I would again seek their help.

Yes, everything is made of electricity and light however, cells are GROWN over time to hold, convey and generate bio-active energies. On this physical plane, without those structures (cells) there is no live self-sustaining manifestation, containment, conveyance or generation of those energies.

I have known thousands of people who had been misled to believe that energies are more important than cells. Acting on that belief resulted in no cures at all. It does not matter which came first, energy or structure (cells). Once structures are formed, it is relatively improbable that normal life and spiritual energies can immediately restructure our cells. Time and growth are prevalent in our reality.

Energies that can immediately alter physical matter are often those that can disrupt natural flows and destroy. I have found that man-made mechanical energy devices generate non-bio-energies. Those energies are usually in a large or small manner destructive to living cells. I suggest that we consume raw foods and absorb sunshine to provide everything that helps us re-energize ourselves, our cells.

The following is a miraculously natural event from Mother Earth's kitchen of therapies that I discovered through trial and error. Renee Bentall, 47 years-young at the time, caught one of her index fingers in a grinder. It was ground including bone. Not even one cell could be saved and reattached.

I advised Ms. Bentall to apply lime juice first to open wound and surrounding area. Lime juice surrounds particles and dead cells of flesh, blood, lymph and nerves so that white blood cells would not amass in the area that could complicate healing and re-growth. I suggested that she apply coconut cream over the lime juice, and apply unheated honey over the coconut cream, then lay a very thin slice of fresh beef or buffalo steak over her finger's open wound. I asked her to cover the meat with a piece of coconut-cream-moistened gauze to prevent the meat from drying and contracting her wound. I instructed her to place a piece of plastic the size of the gauze to cover the gauze and prevent the gauze from drying, then tape it all loosely with adhesive gauze.

Grow In Height After Age 21

When my father reached complete growth maturity, his standing height was 5'6". I remember when he was 64 years of age, he stated that gravity had shrunk him almost 2" since when he had entered college. At his death at 92.6 years of age, he was 5'1.5". He shrunk 4.5" in the last 73 years of his life. My mother's standing height was 5'4.1" when she completed growth maturity. At her death at 91.7 years of age, she was 4'11.5". She shrunk 4.6" in the last 71 years of her life.

My standing height at growth maturity was 5'7.6". One year after radiation and chemo treatments at 22 years of age, my standing height was 5'6.9". The medical cancer treatments/poisoning caused a half- inch height-reduction in one year. Last year at a Life Screening testing-site, my standing height was 5'7.8" at 64 years of age. Rather than shrink, I grew .7" in the later 42 years of my life. Although most of that gain was recovery from medical-treatment-related deterioration, I regained it plus .2".

I believe that the scientific theory that EVERYONE shrinks through her/his lifetime due to the constant force of gravity on the body applies to people eating foods that fail to supply complete nutrition. It is not gravity that causes people to shrink but poor nutrition.

Iron On The Primal Diet, Is It A Problem?

I began eating raw meat a year ago, and I would say about 85% has been red meat, the rest fish and fowl. In Asheville there are some very nice local farms that sell grass fed beef, so I've been living almost exclusively on that. After listening to a presentation by Dr. Mercola, I was concerned about the iron levels

Dr. Mercola speaks from a theoretical view rather than empirical. That theory has little basis in reality. Several healthy tribes eat almost exclusively raw red meat and do not have iron problems. An iron problem can develop when eating a lot of cooked red meat because much of the iron is rendered "free-radical" because of the cooking process. Often, the free radical iron can bind with bioactive iron and cause a bioactive iron deficiency and toxic free radical iron level. Also consider that much of the absorbed free-radical iron that is not properly isolated in fat rusts in the body. That further causes toxic excessive iron problems.

Also, if our bodies try to discard contaminated free-radical iron deposits, a high toxic iron level will show up in blood and possibly urine and feces. Raw meat-eating may help our bodies detoxify toxic iron deposits but does not cause toxic iron levels.

High consumption of red meat, however, could be a problem for hyperactive individuals who do not exercise enough because red meat often stimulates adrenaline production which can cause irritability and hyperactivity. In such a case, fish and fowl are preferable.
