Iso Lunge Twist w/Rear Foot Elevated - 2 Minutes Each Side

Lateral Bounds - 2 Minutes

Iso Lunge Back Taps - 1 minute Each Side

Flutter Feet - 10 seconds x 5

Lunge Slaps - 15 seconds x 3 Each Side

Slap Hops - 20 seconds x 3

Lateral Flow - 1 Minute x 2
