Principles

See the sunrise and sunset as often as possible.

Go to sleep and wake up at consistent times (This will change based on time of year).

Go to bed early. 10PM is a good rule of thumb.

Get as much early morning sunlight as possible.

Don’t sleep with your phone off airplane mode or anywhere near you. Charge it in the opposite side of the room. Unplug any devices in your room.

Get organic bed sheets. Get as many organic clothes as you can.

Walk 30-60 minutes every morning. Be Barefoot and Grounded in Nature as possible.

Enjoy natural bodies of water like oceans, lakes, rivers, and hot springs as much as you can.

Wear blue blockers and reduce exposure to artificial light after sunset. Turn on your filter on your phone when indoors.

Enjoy your evening meal with loved ones after a good day’s work. Best to eat just after sunset or before 8PM if it’s the summer.

Once per day, lay flat on stone or hard ground and just breath. Notice the sensations of air going in and out of your nose. 10 minutes is a good amount of time to do it to start. Feels great to do this in the sun naked.

Do moon-piercing breathing each night before bed. Breathe in through the left nostril and out the right nostril. Repeat for 5 minutes.
