It's time to get out of your comfort zone and WALK THE WALK! Find the most public and busy area with as many eyes on you as possible and juggle barefoot solo or with a friend for 30 minutes. You will film a short clip of yourself doing this and upload it to the SMT Telegram Locker Room as your "receipt" so we can track your progress. 3x/week for 3 weeks. This is to get you used to the social pressure of performing under the attention and potential scrutiny of others. This is how you build confidence. Reps under pressure. Higher emotional context.
