Pre-Flow

Pre-Flow

Welcome! Watch Below. Week 1-3

This is the first 3 weeks of the 8 week course. First you must comes to grips with the fact that your creativity is limitless... if you decide to tap into it.

In your solo work, go slow and feel the ball.

Just attempt to feel what your body wants to do.

At first, nothing might come to you. But the importance is to keep pushing.

We are attempting to unearth this intrinsic creativity that the very best have access to easily.

The first exercise to help smooth out this process will be: Cross Training

3-4x/week I want you to go play basketball, tennis, ping pong, badminton, skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, etc. Pick any sport you want.

Just for 20-30 minutes at least. You can go longer as your body wants to.

Once it stops being fun then stop. Once you stop enjoying it, stop.

This is your body naturally telling you, no more.

Remember while you are doing this: keep your mouth shut (unless you are smiling and having fun) and breath through your nose. Tongue on the roof of your mouth.

The important part is getting into it. Get competitive. Win!

Enjoy winning. Enjoy the batle. Smile in the face of challenge.

Be in the moment.

Next: Don't be afraid of mistakes

Mistakes are where growth occurs. It is where you step past your supposed boundaries and dare to do more.

In terms of real match play you must consider the responsibilities to your team to keep possession but inside small-sided play, pick-up, and solo work; you must tip toe on the line of mistakes.

That's how you push those limits.

Paint what you want to, no matter what anyone else says. You may not always know what you want to create, but that's good. Keep working, keep painting. You'll find your way. You'll invent something new, something unique, if you don't give in. You'll see everything in a new light. People are afraid they have far more power than they want to discover. They’re afraid they'll find out something tremendous about themselves... - Jon Rappoport

21 Day Artificial Light and nnEMF Detox

Avoid artificial blue light and get as much natural sunlight as possible.

You're not going to be able to unlock higher levels of cognitive ability if your brain health and neurotransmitters are in the gutter...

"A kid can permanently damage his dopamine receptors by too much exposure to artificial blue light screens" - Christian Thibaudeau

This means: Never wear airpods or any wireless technology on your body.

Creativity and instinctual impulse comes from a connection to a greater intelligence.

Call it what you want, but every great pioneer always has that "ah-ha!" moment where an epiphany comes to them "out of nowhere".

It's your job on the pitch to have that "ah-ha!" moment on the pitch every single game.

You can make that second nature by improving your connection to natural EMFs in Nature (i.e. grounding, moving waters, trees, rocks, animals, breathwork, etc) and avoiding man-made electro magnetic fields (nnEMF)

So this means for 21 days:

- Avoid artificial blue light from cell phones, monitors, overhead lights, and other devices into the eyes and skin. Android App Iphone

- Don't use wireless technology like airpods or laptops on your body.

- Keep your phone on airplane mode most the day.

- Turn off the WIFI and other devices at night.

- Use Blue Light Blocking Glasses at night. Use natural light at night instead.

- Do your best to see the sunrise every morning.

All in all, the pre-flow phase is about preparing your body and mind for what is to come. We can't steadily get into a flow state if we can't think straight and don't how to relax on the pitch.

Throughout these next 3 weeks, I want you to post video on your IG story of your actions. I want to see receipts. Tag @footballentangled and put #selfmadetalent.

P.S. A LOT of stuff from S1 Unlock Your Performance will be hugely important for the Pre-Flow Phase.
