Don't be a tryhard.
I know this might sound a bit hypocritical seeing as how being entangled is so much "work".
But what I'm saying here is to be Entangled because you enjoy and it feels good.
Being a tryhard is the opposite of that. A tryhard feels the need to show-off because they're insecure about their own ability or self-worth.
A tryhard needs people to see him/her "working hard" to feel validated.
Be effortless means to move in silence. To make everything look easy (even though you work extremely hard behind the scenes).
You want to be extremely private so people can't do anything but assume. You want people to wander about you. You want there to be some mystery surrounding you.
Now this doesn't work if you're not delivering the results and you can't walk the walk.
And I'm also not saying you don't want to tastefully showcase your winnings in a laid back everyday kind of way...
But you don't want to let people see "the process" because then it instantly loses the glow.
Let your results talk… and when they do, make sure everyone knows (but not in a tryhard way)
We live in an attention economy. Yes be self-validated and internally motivated but don't waste the glory.
Make it look easy. That's the golden ticket.
Remember why weekends were invented. For factory workers to get time off. We’re not factory workers. We get to work on weekends.
Weekends are when the losers are losing and the winners win.
Over 100 days a year are weekends
Time is a concept used to control you… I like taking Mondays off because then I know the peasants are at work.
Same concept Mike Tyson used to use…. But he would run at 4am because he knew his opponent was sleeping. Saturdays & Sundays everyone else are watching football games and wastes their time.
Comment a time you were a bit too tryhard :) Yes everyone has done it at one point or another
