Welcome
Welcome to Average to Super Human

This is what the next 4 Weeks are going to look like:
Week 1 - Measure athletic baseline and wake up the feet via toe retraction and nerve stimulation.
We’ll start by assessing your current level of athleticism with a few diagnostic exercises that test what muscles your body resorts to when it is fully fatigued. After that we will begin waking up your connection to the ground, your feet via the toes, sole of the foot, and ankle tendons. This will be the beginning of your journey to actively gaining control of your fascia.
Week 2 - Create ankle tensegrity via fascial tensioning and foot pressurization.
With motor control of the toes, we’ll teach you how to “puff out the chest” of your ball of the foot and feel how you should put weight into the ground and vice versa. From here, you will feel your fascia learning to increase tension in a process we call “creating air”.
Week 3 - Stimulate dormant muscle fibers in the glutes via fascial innervation.
Once we’ve learned to stiffen the ankle via the fascia and NOT merely flex the calf muscle, we’ll look upwards towards the hamstrings and glutes. Through the use of tensioned isometrics, we will build a fascial connection through the posterior chain.
Week 4 - Build dynamic tension across the whole body with vibrational feedback.
Finally we will bring everything together into dynamic movements where you must learn to use your new functionality in relation to the ground and the force that comes with it. The toes, the ball of the foot, the sole, the ankle, and all the fascia above working smoothly together as muscles learn to turn off and on as needed.

This is where we will be repeating the assessment from Week 1 to test your overall progress.
I will also be taking any Q&A and setting the stage for what’s next.
