How & WHY
Putting yourself in an unnatural environment will only hurt your health & development. The lack of fresh air, natural lighting, and seasonal climate from being locked in a glass box(Most houses) might feel comfortable at first, but in the long run will only damper the power all of our bodies possess when entangled with Nature. Your body is only as powerful as the environment in which you live due to the fact we are interconnected with our terrain. The modern lifestyle makes these ideas sound very odd, but in reality, we are only trying to live the way our ancestors lived for thousands of years.
