How & WHY
Just like the things you put into your body or the terrain you inhabit, The things you do and when & where you do them all affect your well-being. Anything that throws you out of alignment with the natural cycles & properties of the human body will negatively affect your mood, body, and performance. Food acts as a signal to your body that the day has begun, and it is time to start preparing your muscles, joints, and fascia for movement.
