It takes many years of work to be able to sungaze at peak hours of sunlight. I recommend everyone start out with a few minutes at sunrise and sunset to begin. Just take a walk out to a location where you can actually see the horizon and just stare right into it.
This can heal many eyesight issues as well but you need to remove all artificial blue light flicker as well.
Sungazing is how you unlock the powers of your mind that remain dormant from a childhood of fluoridated water, toxic food, and vaccines.
Watch the sunrise and sunset directly in your eye (only the 1st and last hour of sun each day). You might have to walk somewhere for this to get the best vantage point. Start small and build up. This is a gradual process of true internal awakening.

Sungazing is absorbing minerals from the sun. Your optic nerves go straight to the hypothalamus and pineal gland. Receive that electrical energy from the sun.
