Here are a few principles you can use to guide your training, playing, and thought process around your development.
I must emphasize again: Always attempt to hold fascial tension during all movement (that includes while you are playing).
So what do you do if you have no one to play with or need to sharpen some of your football skills?
You tap into your own drive. You push your limits. You push past your limits. Walk the edge of your ability to push it wider step by step.
This can be done with shooting, dribbling, passing (with a wall or partner), or even sprinting (which is a skill).Mo
The maximal intent principle can and should be applied from 1v1 all the way to 11v11.
Aim to play small sided games 2-4x week. Team training can replace that.
Play 11v11 1-2x week. This can decrease the amount of SSG needed.
Peak Harmony Training and bodyweight work can be done on the same days as small-sided and individual training.
Do individual or partner training 1-2x week
You must alter the above based on your team trainings and other responsibilities. Be sensible. No need to run yourself into the ground.
