In nature, we see natural food combinations such as protein and fat. Look at eggs, meat, or fish for example and you see protein and fat naturally blended together because it is optimal for digestion
Then in dairy, we see in a combination of fats, protein, and sugar. This is why babies need to breast feed because they need nutrients for rapid growth.
Then on the other hand there are foods that are best ate on their own or have different effects when eaten alone. Vegetable juices would be an example of that as well as cooked starch.
Overall, we must look at food in an entangled manner and see what foods affect each other as opposed to just thinking in macros or calories.
Raw tuna albacore, lemon, and pickled ginger
1 to 2 raw eggs
2 to 4 ounces unsalted raw butter or coconut cream

Good for getting raw starch and counteracting the phytic acid in nuts.
2 to 4 - ounces raw pecans or walnuts, pine or hazel nuts, macadamia, or pistachios
4 to 8 - tablespoons unsalted raw butter
1 to 2 - raw egg
1.5 to 2 - tablespoon unheated honey
Blenderize nuts until flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir. You can add powders like carob and mace for flavor. You can store in fridge. You can substitute coconut cream for butter.
This is a classic Latin and South American dish involving soaking raw fish (or raw chicken) in lemon juice for multiple hours before preparation. A very good way to get raw chicken into your nourishment 1-2x/week.
This will enhance the taste, texture, and assimilation into the body.
You can also use grapefruit juice. I would avoid lime juice as it hinders fermentation and makes digestion more difficult.
Instructions: Just cut up some white meat (not red meat) or fish, soak in lemon juice, cover, leave at room temperature and wait a couple hours.
It will keep in the fridge a few days after preparation.
You can rub pineapple on the skin to breakup scar tissue underneath. The enzyme bromelain in the pineapple is what does it. Just take a piece of pineapple and rub it on your scar. Don't wash it off. Reapply twice a day.
Raw unripe pineapple can be eaten for 2 weeks to supply the liver and pancreas with enzymes they need remove hardened fat properly.
