The mitochondria runs off negatively charged particles called electrons. The Earth is always negatively charged. It has an endless supply of negative-charged free electrons.
Anytime you have two conductive objects and they make contact, such as your bare feet and the ground. The electrons will flow from the place where they are abundant to the place where there are fewer of them.
There is a native magnetic field coming from deep within the Earth and all her extensions (trees, rivers, mountains, stones, and even other animals). The more disconnected you are from nature (both physically and spiritually) the less efficient your mitochondria will be and the worse your redox will become.
The third leg of the three-legged stool of Nature. Magnetism represents the vibration of Nature. Grounding is where you are barefoot on natural ground. It is connecting yourself to the Earth. It's how humans were meant to live 24/7. That obviously doesn't happen very often nowadays.
The human body operates through electricity, and the earth emits its own natural frequency called the Schumann resonance. Grounding can be the best way to naturally align your circadian rhythm and hormones.
Magnetism
-Cold/Dark increases magnetism via increased oxygen tension.
-Oxygen is paramagnetic, so increased oxygen uptake in cold/dark = increased electron tunneling (fat burning) via increased magnetic flux in mitochondria.
-More electrons = more chemically reduced = less ATP, more heat = less ROS for signaling.
-Cold expands water, IR light is released from mitochondria to shrink water, bring respiratory proteins together, further improving electron tunneling.
The use of cellphone increases the AMP-k pathway which controls glucose metabolism and opens the blood brain barrier. This how dopamine reward tracts can be stolen by porn, bright screens, etc.

Nature: try to get into nature as much as possible. Go to the beach, a swim in the ocean or a river. Even a walk in the forest or hills is a great way to help your body optimize its Inner Furnace.
Grounding: Have your feet on the ground touching the earth. This can be grass, dirt, concrete, or sand but avoid unnatural terrain like carpeting, asphalt, and really anything indoors. Try to be barefoot all day. I incorporate 1 or 2 barefoot training sessions each week.
Eating alive raw food grounded in the sun is a trifecta for optimal magnetic absorption.
Surround yourself with Nature. Bring the outdoors in with house plants and rocks/stones. Magnetism has a lot to do with environment so you have to gain control of yours. This isn't possible for most people with apartment complex living but use this to set your sights on where you want to be for optimal living.
Another clever way is physical touch with the opposite sex.
Someone laying on your chest brings you intertwined into their magnetic field. Extremely healthy.

Dangers of AC devices: TENS unit, stim devices
I'd beware the electrical stimulation devices physios and trainers put on injuries to "help" healing. The human body runs off Direct Current and these devices are all plugged into the Alternating Current power grid. You are basically just making the pain receptors go haywire so pain signal is no longer sent to the brain, and you magically "feel better".
Travel to the lower part of the electromagnetic spectrum, and you’ll find radiation emitting sources such as cellphones, televisions, power lines, WiFi, microwaves etc. Somewhere in the middle of that spectrum are the visible light, infrared light and UV light; all considered to be safe.
However, the exponential increase of the lower-emitting sources is happening faster than research can keep up with. There is no longer any ‘safe spot’ in your city, or even in your home, where you can rest without being exposed to some type of radiation.
Radiation gives an abundance of positively loaded ions. Despite the name, they are anything but positive. Chronic exposure of an overload of positive ions is linked to disease, accelerated aging and impaired immune function, and may give expression as headaches, tension and dizziness.
This is the diametrical opposite mechanism of what occurs in nature, which is providing you with an abundance of negatively loaded ions, that oppositely regenerates the body. The same process occurring during Grounding, hence why nature battles and counteracts electronics and harmful electromagnetic fields.
For unknown reasons, fertility rates are declining with explosive speed, and are now 50% lower than what they were in 1950. Nearly 1 in 8 couples struggles with infertility and men’s testosterone levels have dropped at least 20% in the last 20 years.
No doubt the exposure to microplastics, pesticides, toxic heavy metals etc. have a say in that issue, but what else has happened in the last 20 years, which has never happened before in history?

Turn off all devices as much as possible. Most importantly at night when you are sleeping. This means WIFI, Bluetooth and any device that plugs into the wall. Keep your phone on airplane mode as much as possible. Never wear wireless headphones like airpods. You are literally radiating your brain. Distance is your friend. Never microwave your food.
Keep your phone and other devices on airplane mode as much as possible. Always use airplane modern when not using devices.
In an ideal world, your house would be entirely hardwired so nnEMF is as low as possible. The video below shows how to do that. It basically means you have no WIFI and wireless devices gone/turned off. You get internet access through ethernet.

If your family or housemates won't let you toss out the WIFI then next best thing is to unplug it every night before going to bed.
Ultimately we live in a 5G EMF toxic world with wifi, cell towers, and power lines almost anywhere you go. Ideally, we'd all have our own castles in the nature to be away from all the nonsense, but we don't, yet haha. Control what you can and just get distance in between you and toxic technology as best you can.

Grounding Strap for rubber soled shoes
Get a grounding product here. I recommend this ground extension strap as well. I'm not a fan of using a grounding product that you plug into an outlet. I think plugging straight into the ground is much better. With that said, if you live right next to a cell tower or power grid, this is not going to help. This will not replace going outside.
Wear naturally soled shoes like moccasins so you can be grounded. Make sure the soles are a natural material like leather or animal skin.
