Level 2 is all about building ankle stiffness. Without the necessary ankle stiffness through all the fascia, tendon, and ligaments in the foot & ankle, fascia upstream will never be activated and muscle and joints will take the brunt of the force.
Level 2 is about becoming more of a spiral-mover and learning the bows and the corners. It's about understanding the second layer of fascial tensioning and inside ankle bone high.
Level 2 is about leveling up mind muscle integration through somatic pandiculations and unlocking deeper levels of parasympathetic activation.
Please do not rush Level 1. If you can't properly apply tension then there's no point starting the work below.
