How & WHY
Whatever you put into your body is going to be used in making new tissue. Everything that comes into your body has to be broken down, process, used and/or tossed out. That includes whatever is on your skin. Your skin is the biggest organ in your body and is responsible for so many processes of absorption and elimination. Anything you put into your body that it has to process and get rid of is just slowing down any growth and recovery from your trainings. The worse building blocks you give your body, the more vulnerable your body will be to injury.
