Your 3-4x/week of Peak Harmony training, I definitely encourage you to do your training fasted in the morning and then have breakfast afterwards. It's fine to do vegetable juice beforehand.
This has to do with optimal Leptin sensitivity and nourishing our circadian rhythm. We don't want to go too far down the path of cellular stress (i.e. working out fasted) where we begin to overdo it, and we lose out on optimal hormone levels because our body is overtaxed. Think of a bell curve. We want to do not too little, nor too much. We want to do just the right amount so our body can recover stronger, but not be overwhelmed.
In general, you want to have easier work in the morning (walks, tai chi, Peak Harmony training, rolling out, etc) and more intense work (Maximal Intent, Small Sided Games, etc) after breakfast in the bright sun (11AM-3PM).
