Bonus Lesson 2

- Wake up before the sunrise and go outside and sun gaze for 5 minutes every morning.

This would include walking barefoot ⇒getting grounded.

- Eat a protein heavy breakfast including pasture raised eggs and grass fed grass finished meat

- Meditate for 10 minutes. Sitting or laying down. Outside in the sun if possible.

- Train ball and the wall barefoot for at least 15 minutes per day. Concrete or grass is best for this.

- Eat some wild caught fish, fresh local fruit, and some cooked starch like white rice for your other meals. Raw milk and raw butter can be enjoyed throughout the day with meat and eggs. Enjoy raw honey as you wish.

- Apply a filter to your mobile device, avoid all artificial light after sunset, and wear blue light blocking glasses.

- Get to sleep by 10PM at the latest every night. Don't eat past 6PM.

- Play at least 3 days of pickup 5v5 football (small sided games).

- Play at least one 11v11 match.

- Pick one day and run some sprints on the track or hills.

- Pick one day and cross train by playing basketball, tennis, ping pong, or other sport of your choosing. Stop when you're not having fun anymore.
