What is it & how do we foster it?

It is what gives life to the Natural. It is what allows the natural to be lean, robust, and good-looking. It gives the Natural unlimited energy and drive. At the cellular level, it is what creates energy for your body.

There are no COINCIDENCES in nature. Form and Function operate together. You must learn to Work with nature to be good and to look good. It surrounds optimizing your mitochondria.

Yes, the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the human cell (like you've been taught in school), but there's much more to it than that. Your choices, your environment, and even your beliefs can alter the function of your mitochondria.

The redox potential is how well mitochondria are able to carry out the reaction of life and facilitate bodily processes. You can think of it as the engine of the body, like a furnace steadily revving up to make heat.

Dr. Jack Kruse coined the term "the three-legged-stool" to describe the three levers of mitochondrial redox: Light, Water, and Magnetism.

Imagine the engine getting more powerful or the furnace growing in heating energy with a positive lifestyle, nutritional, and training choices. Now think what happens when you live inside all day, get no sun, are never grounded, and eat processed junk foods?

Your Inner Furnace decay slows down, and becomes cold devoid of energy. Everything you'll find in this Pillar is meant to foster the Inner Furnace. The health and vitality of your external environment nurtures the function of your internal environment.

We live by a small trickle of electricity from the sun. The green of our garden, the algae in our water, the trees, grasses and herbs on our lands are the transforming agents that harvest the sun’s light via the process of photosynthesis. When we consume these foods, this stored sun energy is released into our bodies as electrons; it is then transformed into ATP, adenosine triphosphate, the biological energy necessary for all cellular function.
