Natural Athleticism is what makes you who you are.
The Matrix of Athleticism
We are taught to believe that genetics determines athleticism, speed is luck, age means injury, strength is built in the gym, more muscle equals better, and so on and so on.
All of these false paradigms lock us into a hole. Keep our head down in the trenches lamenting our "bad luck" that we just don't have it what it takes. That somehow injury is just bad luck and we have to deal with it.
Why not instead realize that everything is under your control. That you were not designed to break down. That athleticism is simply a benchmark of how much harmony you've been able to unlock. It is simply a question of nurture.
And that is why you are here: to escape the matrix of athleticism and learn PEAK HARMONY to unlock that NATURAL athleticism that we all have locked away inside of us...
There are many areas of Natural Athleticism we'll look at that must be taken care of to unlock PEAK HARMONY. This is a map giving you a guide to the top. As this journey is so unique for everyone, I will be continually adding new observations.
Athleticism gives you a framework and structure to function. It is the grand sum of all the experiences in life (both physical and mental/spiritual) to get you to where you are now. It's not here one second and gone another. It serious work that creates deep athletic transformation changing the actual fiber of your being.
Athleticism goes beyond Muscle. this goes beyond what we see on the outside. It goes within To something called Fascia.
Fascia is a web-like spongy material UNDERNEATH your skin that interlaces with all your muscles, bones, organs, and even brain. The secrets of nature hide in plain sight almost invisible to the untrained eye. the devil is in the details, as they say...
There are 3 levels on the ladder of Natural Athleticism that we can refer to as level 1-3. As you move up the ladder, you become more athletic, resistant to injury, and generally better in all ways. The lower you are on this ladder, you might find that you have to put more effort to get equal results as a Natural, and that you are often hurt.
Everyone starts at their own unique position on the ladder. Some lower and some higher, but everyone has work to do. The ladder is limitless.
Getting more athletic and talented by just playing football
This is what the Natural enjoys. This is what elite athleticism creates. This is what you should have. This is what we are creating.
